I built RISE to eliminate tech overwhelm and provide a clear place to start. The online space can feel broad, intimidating, and full of noise. I needed clarity, structure, and a real plan, so I built one.

Rebuilding from scratch at 51 clarified my purpose: reclaim my life, reunite my family, and create space for my grown children to build their own branches. RISE is not just theory. It is the system I built while rebuilding my own life.

Meet the founder

Nicole Ranshaw

Michigan roots. Corpus Christi, Texas.

A certified medical assistant, lifelong bartender and server, and proud mom of three young men. What connects all of that is caring for people. Medicine taught me compassion and attention to detail. Hospitality taught me to listen and work hard under pressure. Being a mom taught me everything else.

I brought those skills into something of my own, built on hard work, heart, and real human connection. I'm so glad you're here.
